Welcome And Namaste!

As soon as you arrive in Nepal, a representative of Mount Glory will pick you up at TIA (Tribhuvan International Airport). During your transit from the airport to the hotel, our representative will let you know how you can take advantage of some of our services. Then after reaching your hotel and freshening up, there will be small briefing sessions regarding your helicopter trekking. After the briefing session, our representative will introduce you to your guide for the trekking. S/he will then share some of his/her experience regarding the travel so that you can get mentally prepared. 

Along with this, they will share some of their experience in other forms of Nepal trekking. This will include climbing in Nepal, Himal treks, their experience in the sun trek within this trekking route i.e, langtang valley trek and more.

Due to a Change in Airport policy, flights to Lukla will be from different places, i.e., Manthali and Kathmandu; however, this flight zone will be decided by trekking or aviation authorities.

Manthali To Lukla Flight: Early in the morning, at around 2:30 AM, we drive to Manthali by tourist bus, which is a 4-6 jours journey. After that, we take a flight 20 min to Lukla from Manthali. You can take this flight during peak trekking months. 

Kathmandu To Lukla Flight: After breakfatake a drive to Kathmandu domestic airport and take a flight to Lukla for 35min. You can get on this flight during every months besides for peak time.

After landing Lukla, our 3 hours trek to Phakding will begin as we cross. This is a rather easy trek. As we continue our walk, we pass through Ghat's small but homely village at around 2600m from sea level. We will walk through the edge of Dudh Koshi River, where we join the route to Namche Bazaar, located above 2713mm Chaurikharka. After reach Phakding, we rest in an overnight stay.

After Breakfast at Phakding, we will head towards Namche Bazaar, a beautiful village in the Solukhumbu Region. We will follow the Dudh Koshi river bank across the suspension bridge on this hill trekking trail. After that we will enter Sagarmatha National park once our permits are verified. Then, we continue our trek to Namche Bazaar. We can see glaciers, beautiful mountains, scared money stones, and colourful flags on the way. 
The day ends with a homely stay at Namche Bazaar, the local inhabitants' central marketing zone. 

Today we will roam around Namche Bazaar and spend a day acclimatizing to cold weather. We also visit the Sherpa culture museum and explore the cultural, along with historical importance of Sherpa. We also hike to Syangbouche Airport, the highest airport in Nepal, and visit Hotel Everest View; we will have amazing sightseeing of Mount Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam, and other Himalayan ranges. With the outstanding views of magnificent mountains behind us, we take a hike back to Namche Bazaar for an overnight stay.

After early morning breakfast at Namche Bazaar, we continue our journey through the bank of Dudh Koshi river. after that we take a step hill trek towards Tengboche Village. On the way, we can sight Rhodendron, a Clift of mountains, glaciers, rivers, and monasteries. After 5-6 hours of walking, we also visit Tengboche and visit the famous Tengboche Monastery in the evening. We can enjoy the stunning view of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse and Nuptse, and other peak climbs from Tengboche. The day ends with a  overnight Stay at Tengboche.

After breakfast at Tengboche, our trekking route takes us through the coniferous forest. We pass Imja Khola to climb up to Pangbouche village and then walk to Imja Valley through the Lobuche River. Finally, after a 5-6 hours walk, we will reach the traditional Sherpa village Dingboche where we will stay Overnight. Techncally we can call the trek of this day as a Valley Trek

After breakfast, we trek Uphill to Lobuche. This hill trekking offers a stunning view of Tawachee and Cholatse, and we pass through lateral moraine and Khumbu Glaciers. We ascend to Lobuche village, where we witness a stone memorial and praying flags in tribute to the fallen climbers. After that, we will reach Lobuche at 4910m from sea level, where we can observe a close view of majestic mountains like Nuptse, Pumori, and Lobuche. Our journey ends here as we stay overnight at Lobuche Village, observing the Sunset in the beautiful mountains.
As a side note, the trekking for this day can also be called valley trekking since we will technically be trekking through a valley. 

Today is a great day for our challenging trek as we reach 5360m height to Everest Base Camp, the base of Mount Everest. Our journey begins as we head towards Gorek shep through the winding trails alongside the alpine trails and marines. Our route to Everest Base Camp offers a hill trek and a stunning view of the Khumbu Region in Khumbu Glaciers. Here we get to experience the stunning views of different mountain peaks and the beauty and wilderness of the Himalayas. We can capture the EBC trekking's memory and return to Gorekshep for an overnight stay.

After breakfast at Gorekshep, you will hike to Kala Pathar, the trek's highest point, 5555m. You will have sufficient time for a photoshoot and mountain view. Now, it's time for a helicopter ride/ Helicopter trek that offers a panoramic mountain view in clear weather.

On this day, we will return back by Helicopter to Kathmandu and our hotel. That said, you do need to be careful while returning back. 
Note:(One Helicopter Can Carry Maximum 5 Persons) If there are three travellers, you will land directly at Lukla Airport. Still, if you are more than three, then the landing will be at Pheriche or Syangboche, then at Lukla due to high altitude and low atmospheric pressure. After refueling at Lukla, you will directly return back by Helicopter to Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. With this, your 10 days Everest base camp trek with helicopter return begins!

After Breakfast at Hotek In Kathmandu. Our ten days Everest Base Camp Trek (EBC Trek) With Helicopter Return ends today, and our representative will drop you at Kathmandu International Airport for your Flight. We will also provide you with a certificate of trek completion and wish you a safe journey.
That said, if you want alternate travel routes, you can always go on EBC trekking, Annapurna Base Camp Trekking, Mardi Himal Trekking, Poon Hill Treks, or Langtang Valley Trekking. Along with this, if you are done with Thorong La pass trekking and are looking for Mustang and Jomsom Muktinath, the Annapurna region is a good place for you.
